In the role of Global Tax Advisor you’ll be responsible for corporate tax matters in the EMEA region. You’ll also be responsible for part of the Group tax reporting and international tax reporting, incl. interpretation of EU legislation and OECD frameworks. You’ll maintain global tax risk management overview, incl. tax risk assessment.
Your responsibilities
Overall responsible for corporate tax matters in EMEA region, incl. tax risk assessment of the business in EMEA countries
Tax input to the Annual Group Report according to IFRS; incl. calculating deferred tax assets and impairment testing
Participate in the external Group audit at year end closing
Optimizing audit process and documentation
Responsible for Pillar II reporting, incl. interpretating the rules, design the process and prepare the annual reporting
Prepare the C-b-C report for the Group to the Danish tax authorities
DAC 6 rules; securing correct reporting when required
Global Tax risk management overview, incl. collecting data from relevant stakeholders and analyzing the input
What you bring
Strong experience with international taxation
Able to understand and analyze deferred tax assets
Experience with impairment test of tax assets
Controlling of IFRS tax reporting
One Stream experience is an advantage
Capable of making in-depth analysis and tax assessments of complex transactions, incl. preparing solutions for risk mitigating
Navigate in a complex set of data
Ability to work independently
Bachelor or Master’s in Accounting, Finance or Law
Experience from a Group tax department in global organization or from international audit firm
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
