Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service-related information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up communications.
- Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Bucharest or willing to relocate to Bucharest (this is not a remote position).
