Your profile:
Advanced German skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Previous experience with SAP (nice to have);
Nice to have at least 1 year experience in the logistics or purchasing fields (preferably in the automotive industry);

Job Responsibilities
Position objectives:
Ensuring and managing the logistics of prototype parts ordering. Managing the relation with client´s designated suppliers at global level and with the client´s representatives from Germany.
Main responsibilities:
Takeover the order request, validate price, supplier, necessary quantity, delivery deadlines, project details, cost center;
Launch and track the prototype parts ordering in SAP;
Make the necessary changes related to price, supplier, part´s codes, delivery deadlines, quantities etc., during the order tracking process;
Solve the potential delivery problems which in collaboration with the suppliers and the client´s representatives from Germany;
Settle disbursements claims: check if any discrepancies between specifications versus billing details;
Update the supplier’s database on a regular basis and ensure the data compliancy;
Take part in meetings and discussions as per the team´s, hierarchical superior´s or client´s request;
Provide necessary support to other collaborators in-charge with the ordering flow-process, in order to solve specific problems related to the assigned area of responsibilities;
