As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced all-round artworker with expertise in POS, brochures, Corporate identity, and campaign artwork to join our creative production team in Romania.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable individual to fill the role of an experienced all-round artworker with a proven track record. You know how important the details are in an artwork and you have a very strong eye for detail. You know exactly how to work with brand guidelines and are able to generate creative and technically correct adaptations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop. You have a strong background in creating Point of Sale (POS) materials, brochures, and campaign artwork.

Responsibilities:
- Develop various technical artworks that align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Create visually appealing and effective POS materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
- Work independently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute creative ideas to enhance design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
- Proven experience as an all-round artworker.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging designs, POS materials, and other relevant content.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and a passion for staying updated in the field.
- Working in a dynamic team.
