What you’ll do:

• Application and Platform Monitoring: Configure and maintain monitoring systems for applications and platforms.
• Performance Reporting: Generate and publish reports on application and infrastructure performance.
• Troubleshooting and Performance Analysis: Conduct troubleshooting and performance analysis for all branches.
• Operational Processes: Establish operational processes to fully deliver the capabilities of monitoring tools.
• Implementation Coordination: Arrange and coordinate the monitoring implementation for applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various technical teams and vendors to ensure and maintain vital communication and relationships to achieve common goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Update and create documentation and reports.
• Detection and Correction Strategy: Develop and follow a strategy for detection and correction.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Scripting skills: Proficient in Power Shell and/or Python.
• Experience in reporting using Tableau.
• General knowledge of App Dynamics and/or Zabbix.
• Work closely with development teams to build, test, and implement well-designed information systems and ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Toolchain, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of Elastic Stack – Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana, application performance monitoring (APM), metrics, and uptime.
• Knowledge of Linux RHEL and Ubuntu.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Required Technical/Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications) or relevant experience.
• Additional training and certifications (e.g., driver’s license, occupational safety) as required for the role.
• ITIL certification: at least Foundation level.
• Project Management certification (advantageous): PMP, Prince2.
• Specific testing tools (advantageous): HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Load Runner, QTP.
• Databases (advantageous): ORACLE, MS SQL, My SQL.
• Relevant Agile Methodology certification/experience (advantageous).
