• Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders through discussions, presentations, and clear write-ups of your findings ️.
• Tackling ad-hoc analysis to help answer business questions and guide decision-making .
• Using data wrangling techniques and tools to analyse and optimise processes, including automation modelling ️.
• Ensuring data quality and reliability while offering feedback to business process owners and our development team ️.
• Collaborating with business teams to understand data needs and resolve any issues along the way ‍‍.
• Acting as the bridge between business needs and tech capabilities when analytics requests come in ️.
