Our client is at the forefront of data innovation, harnessing the power of data to drive business insights and operational efficiencies. We are looking for a talented data engineers with expertise in informatica to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica Power Center to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into enterprise data warehouses or cloud platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust data integration solutions
Manage and optimize data pipelines in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) for large-scale data processing and real-time analytics
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data workflows, ensuring data availability and performance
Maintain and enhance data integration solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
Work with relational databases such as Oracle or Postgre SQL, performing complex queries and optimizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data governance, data security, and compliance policies
Assist in the migration of on-premise data solutions to cloud-based environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
Continuously research and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve data engineering practices

What you'll bring along

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in Informatica Power Center
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud data services such as Snowflake
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
Experience with ETL tools, data integration techniques, and data warehousing
Proficient in scripting languages like Python for automation tasks
Familiarity with data modeling concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and normalization
Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries
Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud services and migrating data to the cloud
Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Experience with No SQL databases like Mongo DB or Cassandra
Knowledge of Data Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
Certification in Informatica Power Center or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
