Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist in our Customer Support team, for a hybrid role in Cluj-Napoca. The job only requires day shifts (8.00 am - 4.00 pm) and alternative weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Provide timely, accurate solutions to our users in a casual and friendly manner via chat, email, and any future contact methods
- An ability to turn negative experiences into positive ones for our users
- Proactively suggest new ways to impress our audience continually
- Handle other tasks related to our users to assist with account maintenance
- Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality
