In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure consistent and effective information to the customer base, including order management, problem solving, price and lead time requests across all media (telephone, mail, etc.)
- Check all information and guarantee their accuracy in registering orders
- Provide a daily follow up of the order book and take actions in order to anticipate issues to satisfy the request of the customer
- Advise customers about potential delays or issues related to the order and check feasibility of customer request in terms of lead times, certificates and documents required, as well as answer to basic technical questions
- Provide awareness of customer complaints or any issues in the short time, tackle errors or mistakes as soon as identified, put the situation right and proposes correctives actions
- Develop “commercial” skills by generating leads for sales through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement: share issues across the team and propose corrective and preventative actions followed in actions plans to ensure the level of customer service required
Develop wide market knowledge and ensure a keen awareness of Fluid and Motion Control products portfolio offering

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English and French (verbal and written communication skills)
Minimum one (1) year work experience
