The i Staging Manager leads and handles the engineering team responsible for i Staging-related projects, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects efficiently and successfully. This role involves handling the capacity and capability of the Computer & Network Infrastructure engineering functions within the Cluj Center of Excellence, as well as delivering hardware systems setup, upgrades, and system integration projects.
The i Staging Manager collaborates with World Area Operations leaders to schedule and prioritize engineering activities across Europe and actively participates in the local Operations senior management team and the European engineering management community.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To serve as the primary contact for i Staging and Upgrades projects, proactively addressing and resolving issues.
To ensure that i Staging engineering and support functions meet customer requirements, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve timely performance and cost targets.
To maintain communication with European, Regional, and Country Project and Services Leadership Teams, as well as European Engineering Leadership, regarding i Staging and Upgrades scope.
To support the Cluj Center of Excellence Resource Management process by supervising and maintaining the necessary seniority and experience levels within the engineering team.
To implement Lean Manufacturing standards to optimize i Staging and Upgrades processes.
To cultivate a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices across the European World Area.
To actively participate in leadership meetings, contribute to improvement initiatives, and support the Cluj Center of Excellence strategy towards Optimized Model implementation.

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a project environment within the IT or automation industry.
Previous experience in people management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proficient in a 2nd European language is considered to be a plus.
