Commercial Support Officer

KEY OUTPUTS:

Supports the following:

Support for tied agents during sales process;
Sales support for customers in portfolio;
Contract addendums;
Application testing & bug fixing activities;
Reports related to role activities.

QUALIFICATION:

Academic background.

EXPERIENCE:

1 – 3 years experience in customer & sales support;
1 – 3 years experience in call center;
General insurance knowledge (home insurance in particular).
