Requirements:
- Creative person, orientation to fashion domain and passion for fashion;
- Ability to coordinate and train the teams;
- Good level of English language;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Effective time management.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Planning and implementing the image of the section, visual strategies and guidelines;
- Ensure that the brand´s image and visual guidelines are correctly implemented;
- Work closely with the regional visual merchandiser to maximize visual impact in the store;
- Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise;
- Coordinate and train the teams of the department in visual merchandising and company visual standards, identifying and developing the potential of the employees.
