Change Management Coordinator
Company
You create a global network with the local change managers in the plants and ensures the global exchange between the different locations
You are contact person for training for the change management tool as well as for bug fixes or improvement measures for the tool, you are in exchange with local change managers as well as the key users from other departments
You are organizing and leading the global change board as decision and escalation committee for changes
you are monitoring changes in regards to their progress
you follow up on process KPI and initiate measures if required
you are leading complex changes that affect more than one plant
You are aware of automotive standards in regards to change management
You have experience in sharepoint online and fun in KPI analyis and identifying measures
You have experience in project management and business case evaluations
Ideally you have experience in power Apps (power automate, Power Bi)

you studied engineering, businessYou are aware of automotive standards in regards to change management
You have experience in sharepoint online and fun in KPI analyis and identifying measures
You have experience in project management and business case evaluations
Ideally you have experience in power Apps (power automate, Power Bi)
