Lead-to-Cash is an ELT sponsored process re-engineering programme tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection. We are looking for an experienced project manager to independently drive transformational initiatives from inception to implementation Responsibilities:
Unique mastery and recognized authority on Quote to Cash (quote to order, order to deliver and deliver to cash) subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, or techniques.
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines in which the company must operate to transform Quote to Cash (Q2C) to future ready systems and processes.
Provides highly innovative solutions. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.
Acts as a functional leader within Q2C and provides guidance for change management but does not manage other employees as a primary job function. Leads large, cross division functional projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.
May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Independently leads project teams to design and implementation solutions.
Troubleshoots independently, quickly finding the root cause of the most complex issues and resolving them.
Runs major cross-functional projects of one year duration supported by teams of 20 or more members and oversees several workstreams.
Partners with internal customers to deliver reports and resolve the most complex issues.
Uses in-depth knowledge and research to generate and implement innovative new ideas that will be integral in driving future success for HP across the globe.
Solves problems independently and articulates complex issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individual contributors to bring about solutions.
Identifies, implements, and leads process improvement.
Mentors and trains lower-level employees.
Represents Lead to Cash (L2C) across functions.
Leads complex process design, re-design and large, complex projects from beginning to end
Ability to lead cross functional teams through change using a methodical change management approach and achieve designated adoption measurements.

Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Solution Delivery
Previous experience in leading projects a must
Strong prior knowledge in process analysis and design
Quality improvement training and certification a plus.
Experience in user experience design
Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Strong business experience in at least one of these areas: e Ordering, Order Management, Invoicing, Dispute Management
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Excellent project and programme management
Self-starter with ability to work remotely under pressure and with minimal supervision
Solid financial and business acumen.
PMP certification (desired but not required)
Additional Job Description, applies to US candidates only: The base pay range for this role is $123,950 to $179,760 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
