What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat in [English] and proficient in any one of the additional languages [Deutsch, Italian, French & Portuguese, Dutch)
- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Fluency in English and any one of the following European Language Deutsch, Italian, French & Portuguese, Dutch.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Make a significant impact with your language skills.
