Tu feras partie de l`A(C)quipe de FIL RH pour les salari A(C)s des services centraux et r A(C)seau de la Soci A(C)t A(C) GA(C)n A(C)rale. Le FIL RH est rattach A(C) au Centre de Services Partag A(C)s RH, dont la mission est de traiter l`ensemble des op A(C)rations RH en France pour environ 50.000 collaborateurs : paie, gestion administrative, gestion des salari A(C)s impatri A(C)s et expatri A(C)s ; le CSP g A-re A(C)galement les projets r A(C)glementaires RH France, assure l`A(C)volution des dispositifs et processus associ A(C)s, pilote les A(C)volutions du SIRH France. Le FIL RH (GA(C)n A(C)ralistes RH) assiste et conseille les collaborateurs et les acteurs RH sur l`ensemble des r A-gles et proc A(C)dures RH (de gestion collective et individuelle) et sur l`utilisation des outils informatiques, et peut orienter vers des experts si besoin. En tant que conseiller et premier interlocuteur omnicanal (Mail, accueil t A(C)l A(C)phonique, kiosque), vous assisterez et conseillerez les collaborateurs et les acteurs RH en mati A-re de r A-gles et proc A(C)dures RH et d`utilisation des diff A(C)rents outils RH.
Concr A-tement, vous serez amen A(C)(e) A :
  • Analyser les demandes d`informations des salari A(C)s et acteurs RH
  • A Apporter des r A(C)ponses aux probl A(C)matiques expos A(C)es dans le respect des r A-gles et proc A(C)dures RH
  • Assurer ponctuellement un r A-le de coordination, en orientant les demandes ne relevant pas du p A(C)rim A-tre d`intervention du FIL RH vers les acteurs et experts RH comp A(C)tents
  • Participer A l`am A(C)lioration continue du fonctionnement du service en contribuant A l`identification des dysfonctionnements constat A(C)s et incidents A(C)ventuels et proposer des actions correctives
PROFILE REQUIRED
  • Fran A-ais au niveau avanc A(C) (A(C)crit et parl A(C)) ;
  • Familiarisation avec l`utilisation des outils informatiques ;
  • Un an d`exp A(C)rience dans le domaine des ressources humaines (administration du personnel, paie) ;
  • Attention aux d A(C)tails, rigueur ;
  • Bonne communication ;
  • Respect des normes et proc A(C)dures ;
  • Personne habitu A(C)e A travailler avec des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs
  • Personne autonome, r A(C)active et proactive ;
  • Orientation client et sens du service ;
  • Ponctualit A(C) et respect des d A(C)lais ;
  • Motivation pour travailler dans le domaine des ressources humaines ;
  • Capacit A(C) d`analyse et d`A(C)coute contribueront A la qualit A(C) des r A(C)ponses apport A(C)es
  • App A(C)tence aux relations t A(C)l A(C)phoniques.
