Role purpose
- Managing a very larger portfolio of small and medium existing business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet.
- Digital selling - Create personalized offers, targeted promotions, and efficient communication channels to maximize engagement and retention within the existing customer base.
- Reactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas.
- Maintain long-term relationship with the customer.
- Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals).
Key accountabilities
- Reactive upselling/ cross sell.
- Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities and digital campaigns.
- Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets.
- Serve as lead contact for all account management matters.
- Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximize profits and maintain/increase revenue base.

Digital management through campaigns and digital tools:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns through Hub Spot/Linked In/Video marketing Platform.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators on the ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications
