Job Title: Restaurant Host / Hostess / Receptionist / Guest Experience Expert
Place of Work: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Relocation package will be provided)
Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000++ or SAR 4,200 (Full Package / All in)
++ FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work

Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host / Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment customers enter the restaurant. The Restaurant Host / Hostess will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month

The Restaurant Host / Hostess will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate and timely seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of daily specials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain open lines of communication.
- Relay important information to guests, such as wait times and daily specials.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations.
- Maintain an organized reservation book and communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff regarding reservation details.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, assisting guests, and managing reservations.
- Remain calm and composed during busy periods to ensure efficient operation.
- Keep the hostess area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.
- Willing to be deployed to our new branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by Q4 2024
- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
