Spa & Recreation Manager – Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Bahrain
A distinguished luxury five-star hotel in Bahrain is currently looking for an experienced Spa & Recreation Manager to lead their extensive spa and recreation facilities. This high-end spa spans three floors and features hammams, hydrotherapy and relaxation pools, ice baths, a beauty and hair salon, and over 10 treatment rooms offering a variety of facial and body therapies, including ancient Arabic healing techniques. The hotel also boasts cutting-edge health and fitness amenities, including modern gym facilities, exercise classes, an outdoor lagoon-style pool, a children’s pool area, and squash courts.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar relevant discipline
Internationally accredited qualifications in health, wellness, or beauty
At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level Spa, Wellness, or Recreation role, with Middle Eastern experience being an advantage
Proven success in managing large-scale Spa and Recreation operations
In-depth knowledge of Spa sales, marketing, and promotional strategies
Ability to effectively manage and lead large, diverse teams
Strong communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is an asset
Excellent negotiation and business skills, with experience managing budgets
Expertise in managing Spa and Health Club memberships and driving membership growth and retention
Strong commercial awareness and a creative approach to developing new revenue streams and staying ahead of global Spa/Wellness trends
Experience designing and updating service menus based on evolving market trends and customer expectations
Keen attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences across Spa and Recreation services

Compensation Package:

Annual salary of up to US$48,000 net
