Key Function/Purpose of Position: The Reception Supervisor shall oversee all daily reception operations and shall work in conjunction with members of the management team to effectively lead and direct a team of medical professionals using robust leadership skills and industry expertise. The Reception Supervisor shall oversee a team of three (3) individuals and will ensure departmental compliance with standards and procedures to meet goals and objectives. Experience: ● Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience within the healthcare industry ● Minimum of two (2) years of medical reception experience Key Skills: ● Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects ● Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail ● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships ● Ability to observe and analyze systems and implement effective solutions ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to diplomatically address and resolve concerns Job Type: Full-time
