Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide general information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
