Job Summary: As a Program Management Consultant Manager, you will lead and manage complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in program management methodologies and consulting will be essential in driving program success and enhancing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, understanding their needs and managing expectations effectively.
Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of consultants and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop program strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to minimize impact on program success.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present program status reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master’s degree preferred.
More than 15 years of total experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in PMC Companies or relevant experience
PMP Certificate is required
Relevant certifications (e.g., Pg MP, Six Sigma) are plus.
