MECHANICAL PUMP TECHNICIAN
Requirement – Mechanical Technician – Who knows Trouble shooting & Repair.
GTC is looking for a Mechanical Technician who is strong in the Pumps and Mechanical side. We are looking for a good and dedicated candidate who worked in our firm as a family.
QTY – 2 required.
Salary Structure – Basic – 2000 QAR, Food – 300, Other Allowance – 200 QAR – Total – 2,500 QAR.
The selection based on his experience & Video call Interview. Contract Period – 4 years.
Company Responsibility – Over Time as per basic salary, Qid, Work visa, in 2 years up & down tickets, Medical, Transportation and Accommodation.
Employee Responsibility – Only Food cooking and Purchasing Stuff.
Experience Required – At least 8 years to 15 years (Gulf Experience is preferred).
Site locations – Workshop jobs, On site & Off-site Job.
Job Description
1.Dismantling, Assembling, Overhauling of Motors and Pumps – Understanding complete Mechanical aspects of the Pump.
Pump types are – Submersible Pumps (KSB,FLYGT,LOWARA,EBARA,Grundfos) , Multistage Booster Pumps , Dewatering half submersible Pumps ,Centrifugal Pumps .
2. Technical details – Properly Understand the Mechanical Seal structure and fixing on Seal location with measuring the dimensions properly with measuring the tool and fixing of the Motor Bearings replacement on Shaft and understanding the cover sleeve by the bore gauge.
3. He should know the Pump calculations for the selection of the Pump & Alignments of the pumps.
4. He must know – How to run a concrete drill for the installation of the pump at the site.
5. He must know the different types of Mechanical Seal details since it is the heart of the Pump.
6. He should know the safety procedures.
7. Flexible to work at any time at any condition.
8. Candidates must respect their supervisors and engineers.
Extra Mechanical Works –
1) Gear Overhauling.
2) Overhauling Mechanical Air Compressor – Screw Compressor, Piston Compressor and Scroll Compressor.
Expectations from the candidate – Candidate should know the details which I mentioned here, and the age should not be above 40 Years, He should work with us with our GOAL, He will get Overtime after working hours, he must be flexible to work at any time, he should join with us as a family member, he should not breach the company protocols, he should not do politics in the company.
