Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role is critical in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of key customers while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with top-tier clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Develop customized strategies to meet clients' goals and align them with the company’s offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiation and Reporting: Lead contract negotiations and provide timely reports on key account performance to senior leadership.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
