Guide the design, content, and multimedia teams to create innovative digital campaigns, including video, social media, web, and print content.
Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to team members to push boundaries and elevate the quality of work.
Oversee the production of visual content, including photoshoots, video shoots, and graphic design projects.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to incorporate relevant ideas and innovations into projects.
Present creative concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring a clear rationale behind all creative decisions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital media or advertising agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital media, graphic design, and creative campaigns.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and familiarity with video editing tools (Final Cut, Premiere Pro).
Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas to non-creative stakeholders.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
