Minimum 8+ years of SAP Technical Administration (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge & experience in Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
Excellent customer focus/Networking/Relationship Building/Results-driven/Decision-making skills. - Strong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology
Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English, Arabic Language skill is a plus.
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
