Head of Leasing
A leading real estate brokerage firm in Doha is seeking an experienced Head of Leasing to oversee and drive the performance of the leasing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the luxury property market, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage client relations, maximize occupancy rates, and lead a team to achieve financial goals.

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Set and achieve leasing targets in alignment with financial goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the leasing team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular feedback and performance assessments, and foster team skill development.
- Oversee the entire leasing process from property marketing to lease finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and provide strategic advice on pricing and marketing.
- Monitor leasing budgets and forecast rental income to meet financial targets.
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage strategies to minimize vacancies.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing processes, market trends, and real estate regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in meeting leasing targets and managing a diverse property portfolio.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
