Our client, a prestigious oil and gas Operator based in Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Instrumentation and ICSS to join our team. As a leader in the industry, this company is committed to delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence.

Our client, a prestigious oil and gas Operator based in Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Instrumentation and ICSS to join our team. As a leader in the industry, this company is committed to delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Instrumentation and ICSS department
- Oversee the design, development, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements
- Manage and develop a team of skilled instrumentation and control engineers
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations and performance
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the field of instrumentation and control systems
- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control technologies, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field devices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
