Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer with Social Media Marketing Experience will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and content for our social media platforms, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics, animations, and videos for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
- Develop visually appealing content for digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Design and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that all graphics and visual content are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing social media marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) is a plus.
