Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager specialized in strategy and accounting to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing accounting functions, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
· Analyze and evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
· preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
· Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
· ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to support strategic initiatives.
· Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
· Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree in finance.
· Proven experience in financial strategy, accounting, and analysis, ideally in a managerial role.
· Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience: Fresher or 1 year of experience.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
