Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy in financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance within the hospitality sector, especially in the Middle Eastern market.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate financial trends and variances, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Establish and enforce robust financial controls to safeguard and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Develop and oversee the Restaurant annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare and review departmental budgets.
- Conduct detailed financial forecasts and variance analyses to guide future financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality sector in the Middle East.
- F&B Experience
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
