CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / FINANCE MANAGER
We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer / Finance Manager to join our team. Responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Ensures the company's financial health by managing resources efficiently and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

- Develop and manage the company’s annual budget.
- Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare audit schedules.
- Assess financial performance against benchmarks and recommend improvements.
- Implement and manage financial systems and software to streamline processes.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor the company's financial performance and develop strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CFA,CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in managing financial operations within the F&B industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Arabic.
