Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit Out Estimation Engineer to join our team for our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are considered and aligned with project requirements.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit Out Estimation Engineer to join our team for our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are considered and aligned with project requirements.
What You Will Do?
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs. Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements. Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project scope for accurate cost estimation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of cost data, including historical project costs and market rates. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost estimates align with project objectives and budget constraints. Identify and quantify potential risks and uncertainties in project costs, and provide recommendations for mitigation. Prepare and present detailed cost reports and estimates to clients and management. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions. Stay updated with industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
- What You Will Need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for fit-out projects or similar roles. Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, techniques, and tools. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of fit-out standards, codes, and regulations is a plus.
