Requirements:
- Total of 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in construction.
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess basic knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering and site works.
- Have 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in construction.
- Oil and Gas Experience is a plus.
- Exhibit well-developed organizational and self-management skills to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Support and assist the senior estimator in making strategic decisions to win bids.
- Thoroughly review and analyze tender documents, including FEED reports and subcontractor scopes of work.
- Gather essential information during site visits to inform project estimates.
- Produce accurate cost information required for estimation.
- Forecast project timelines effectively.
- Prepare quantity and cost estimates for Electrical and Instrumentation work processes.
- Identify and evaluate technical issues related to projects.
- Identify bid opportunities, visit project sites, and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and oral communication skills to liaise efficiently with clients, contractors, and management.
