Contracts Officer - In Q Enterprises
The Contracts Officer is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation and negotiation through to execution, compliance, and closeout. This role ensures that all contractual agreements align with company policies and legal requirements while optimizing the company's commercial interests. The Contracts Officer will collaborate closely with various departments, including procurement, legal, finance, and project management, to achieve strategic objectives.
Role responsibilities:
Pay: QAR12,300.00 - QAR13,800.00 per month

Role responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Contract Management, Compliance and Risk Management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, finance, and project management teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of contracts.
- Liaise with legal counsel when necessary to handle contract disputes and negotiations.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of contracts, including key metrics such as compliance rates, contract expirations, and performance against SLAs.
- At least 8 years of experience in contract management, preferred fluent in English and Arabic
Pay: QAR12,300.00 - QAR13,800.00 per month
