Commis 1 - Fried Chicken Concept
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Chef with extensive experience in frying techniques and Southern cuisine. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, kitchen management, and a commitment to delivering top-notch dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,700.00 per month

- Menu Development: Create and refine a mouthwatering menu focused on fried chicken, incorporating both classic and inventive options.
- Recipe Creation: Develop and test recipes for fried chicken, sides, sauces, and other menu items, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.
- Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, control food costs, and implement cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
- Proven experience as an commis 1 particularly in a concept focused on fried chicken or similar cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of frying techniques, Southern cooking, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to create and innovate menu items while maintaining consistency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,700.00 per month
