Commercial Supervisor
Our company is recruiting for the posistion of Commercial Supervisor
Responsible for:
Job Type: Full-time
Responsible for:
- Overseeing and preparing all quotations/tenders for submission
- Reviewing contracts
- Ensuring the companies rights/best interests are considered under any contract/aggreement
- Making claims/variation claims under the terms of the contract/aggrement as required
- Following up on proposals, quotations and tenders submitted to clients
- Over seeing a team of junior QSs
- Preparing project calculations
- Preparing resource allocation plans that are in the line with the project calcultions
- Must have at least 3 years experience working in Qatar in the construction sector
- Must have an in depth knowledge of construction contract law
