Category Senior Officer (Arabic)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Category Senior Officer with extensive experience in ecommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product categories, specifically in the floral industry, and will be responsible for driving category performance by ensuring optimal product range and depth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

We are seeking a Category Senior Officer with extensive experience in ecommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product categories, specifically in the floral industry, and will be responsible for driving category performance by ensuring optimal product range and depth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Range & Depth Management: Oversee the product selection, ensuring that the range and depth align with customer preferences and market trends, with a focus on the floral category.
- Ecommerce Management: Lead and optimize ecommerce operations for the assigned category to ensure business objectives are met, including sales growth, profitability, and market share.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product offering.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on competitor activities, product trends, and consumer preferences within the floral industry.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain the appropriate stock levels and avoid overstock or understock situations.
- Promotions & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to increase category sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth category management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably managing product categories.
- QID Requirement: Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the floral industry or similar product range management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
