Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry to generate new business opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. - Present and demonstrate our recruitment solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions. - Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. - Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and expertise. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. - Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and potential areas for improvement. - Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our brand and establish connections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry. - Proven track record in Saa S based product sales and achieving sales targets. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and client relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed.
