Job Description:

You will join the Central Tax Functions team and you will take responsibility for monitoring operational transfer pricing and transfer pricing compliance across the Group.
The Transfer Pricing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Group Direct Tax Lead, at our HQ in Switzerland. Supporting the Group Direct Tax Lead in various transfer pricing matters, you will provide support and act as first point of contact on transfer pricing matters to finance managers worldwide and to other colleagues based in our Lisbon Center of Excellence.
This position is a great opportunity to work in an international environment, covering a wide scope of transfer pricing matters: operational, compliance, up to date with international tax laws, systems, continuous process improvement, didactic content for finance managers, etc.
Your day at Ferring
-
Coordinate and track the compliance of Ferring affiliates with Group transfer pricing policies,

Collaborate with finance managers worldwide throughout the year: during budget, intermediary reviews, year-end Group closing, statutory closing and tax return submissions,

Operational management and implementation of the transfer pricing lists throughout the year,

Understand, size and address the practical transfer pricing challenges linked to operations and specificity of certain countries,

Monitor changes in the transfer pricing requirements (external and internal) and recommend improvements to the transfer pricing policies and processes,

Prepare, coordinate, review and gain understanding of the Group transfer pricing documentation,

Perform ad-hoc transfer pricing analyzes such as intra-group financing, short memos, CBCR compliance checks,
-
Take ownership of the tracking and monitoring of Group tax return filing worldwide,
-
Support the Group Direct Tax Lead on various projects such as RFPs, internal systems procedures, process improvements, suppliers’ management, and others.

University degree in finance / economics, or a related field is required,
-
2 to 4 years of professional experience in transfer pricing (advisory or inhouse function),
-
You should have a solid understanding of latest transfer pricing regulations and be able to stay up to date with changes,
-
You should have a good knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliation skills and transfer pricing economic models,
-
You should be well organized and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders,
-
You should have excellent attention to detail while managing things in a pragmatic manner,
-
Strong excel agility required, good power BI knowledge and ERPs acquaintance is a plus,

Fluency in English.
