[TEN] French Customer Service Representative

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site customer service representative role located in Lisbon.
This person will be responsible for answering to questions of customers via inbound calls or email, assuring the best quality of delivered service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in contact center roles, preferably in customer service;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in Portuguese or English and French (advanced level both verbal and written);
Experience in call center or BPO environment required.
Our Offer
Full time (Monday to Saturday between 9am and 9pm);
Good compensation package;
Meal allowance paid on meal card.
