As we expand, we're looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our team and grow with us.
Job Description
As a Tech Support Specialist, you’ll be the primary contact for technical issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions while contributing to the overall customer experience. You'll work closely with the team to provide top-notch support, troubleshoot problems, and continuously improve our processes. Adaptability, leadership, and technical expertise will be key to your success.
This is what you'll be doing
Manage support KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Respond to technical and product-related inquiries via email, live chat, and phone (Aircall/Intercom)
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain and update our knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
This is who we’re looking for
2-5 years of experience in tech support or a customer-facing role.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of API's, Java Script, Python and/or SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points
Experience in retail or e-commerce
Familiarity with Helpdesk tools like JIRA and Confluence.
