Description Accommodation - Shared Staff Contract duration - 7 months Main Function Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spa centre. Offering a high standard of services and managing Spa employees to achieve retail and treatment sales targets as set. Qualifications · Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese. Any other language is considered as advantageous. · 3+ years as Spa Manager on a Cruise Ship. · High school graduate or equivalent · Strong PC Skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent mail client application · Proven accounting skills, marketing strategy and the ability to lead the group to meet new goals MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · The SPA Manager establishes team leadership and coordination · Represents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction · Provides and maintain quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship · Demonstrates good communication and organisational skills · Checks and ensures excellent service to guests · Manages the daily agenda · Validates the accuracy of end-of-Cruise reporting and financial data · Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the shipboard authorities and with other departments onboard · Administrates stocks in the store · Ensures control of daily closing and administrative duties Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 1,700.00€ per month Experience:
