Your Responsibilities
Coordination of activities related to problem analysis as part of the Problem Management process
Communication with the technical teams involved in the PRM implementation and different management levels
The Problem Manager is responsible for gaining an overview of the big picture. To do this, he collects data from various sources, interprets meanings, predicts possible outcomes, assesses the impact, evaluates alternatives, manages a portfolio and recommends priorities for problem solving
Proactive problem management: Analysis of recurring incidents, setting up and implementing measures to prevent recurring disruptions. Controlling the implementation of such measures as part of the PRM process
Your Qualifications
Very good process understanding for the PRM process according to ITIL (v3 + V4)
Good ITIL process understanding for INM, CHM, SACM, Service Request Management
Good basic understanding of the IT infrastructure in the Data Center, cloud solutions (especially Azure), storage and backup solutions, network environments, server operation (Win, Linux, AIX)
The ability to deal with ambiguous situations, analytical skills to identify and solve problem situations
German (B2 to C1) & English (B2) language skills
