Compliance Lead Job Description:
Drive cross functional initiatives to ensure compliance with ACN and Client policies, standards and requirements across the site/project
Ensure all required controls are implemented, documented and monitored to ensure full compliance.
Conduct and document scheduled and on-demand reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Accenture policies and standards.
Provide timely and accurate reporting, analysis and documentation on all key parameters as needed
Be first point of contact and provide subject matter expertise to service delivery compliance, control and information security regarding the CDP (able to solve CDP cases or direct them to proper channels)
Provide CDP trainings & other compliance related staff awareness sessions
Manage the support function in a multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, involved and appropriately supportive of risk and compliance related initiatives and projects.
To demonstrate a practical approach to the task in hand and to promote and implement best practices
Ensure consistency and standardization of Risk and Compliance activities
Strive to achieve relevant certifications in Risk Management and Compliance
