We are looking for a Regulatory Projects Team Leader to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the team’s operations in line with regulatory changes and recommendations from auditors
- Propose effective solutions for projects and communicate updates to relevant teams, explaining how they will integrate into current processes
- Oversee recruitment, set goals, conduct appraisals, and assign backups to ensure continuity. Mentor new team members
- Manage the operational scope of the team in light of the regulatory changes and recommendations issued by the Bank’s regulatory bodies and auditors.

Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar
- + 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance
- Experience with Project management
- MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English
- Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
