Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with 8 to 12 years' experience;
- Experience in managing corrective and evolutionary maintenance teams;
- Experience managing level 1 and level 2 support teams;
- Considerable background in managing team resources (5 members);
- Experience in report creation and preparing client meetings;
- Background in financial management and budgeting (monitoring of costs/expenses);
- Comfortable with maintaining daily contact with clients;
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and align diverse teams;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Problem-solving mindset;
- French language proficiency;
- Nice to have: technical skills, banking knowledge and proficiency in English.
