Main Responsabilities:
- Reconciliation between systems
- Escalate platform/applications problems
- Identify bugs and connection errors
- ...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- + 1 year of experience as Support Consultant or other relevant experience
- Experience with Jira will be a plus
- Driven to team work
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (2/3x per week)
