Your tasks:
Co-Leading the project of globally harmonizing the process and software of a savings tracking system (~ 400 global users);
Being responsible for system administration of existing Procurement tools: savings tracking database to measure savings in Procurement (in MS Access) + Database for calculating standard manufacturing costs of purchased items (in MS Access);
Analysing data and processing large amounts of data (macros, pivot tables, VBA, Power Query);
Creating and developing reports and data visualizations (MS Excel, MS Access, SAP Business Warehouse, Power Query, Tableau).
Your profile:
You have relevant professional experience;
You have communication skills and a confident demeanor;
Very good knowledge of MS Office products and knowledge of SAP (e.g. R/3 an advantage);
Very good business fluent English skills are required.
