Procurement Process Specialist / Data Analyst

Your tasks:
- Co-Leading the project of globally harmonizing the process and software of a savings tracking system (~ 400 global users);
- Being responsible for system administration of existing Procurement tools: savings tracking database to measure savings in Procurement (in MS Access) + Database for calculating standard manufacturing costs of purchased items (in MS Access);
- Analysing data and processing large amounts of data (macros, pivot tables, VBA, Power Query);
- Creating and developing reports and data visualizations (MS Excel, MS Access, SAP Business Warehouse, Power Query, Tableau).
Your profile:
- You have relevant professional experience;
- You have communication skills and a confident demeanor;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products and knowledge of SAP (e.g. R/3 an advantage);
- Very good business fluent English skills are required.
