Procurement Administrator - English and Spanish (M/F/D)

About the role:
As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement processes.

What you will do:

• Validate and maintain supplier data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.
  
• Submit and Validate Supplier Requests and populate internal registration questionnaires.
  
• Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), validate and distribute PRs, ensuring they comply with established buying channels and guiding requestors on correct PR creation.
  
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) in the S4/Ariba environment, review for compliance, and manage follow-up processes, including order acknowledgments and overdue orders.
  
• Address and resolve procurement-related tickets and issues, providing solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Contribute to Procurement Excellence, providing insights for system efficiency improvements, addressing supplier/system/process issues, and offer end-user training to enhance overall procurement performance.
  

Who you are:

• University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, or equivalent fields.
  
• Previous Experience in procurement roles is preferred.
  
• Experience with SAP R3 and SAP S4/Hana.
  
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
  
• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
